No, I am sorry V_V I only found this scan at some other site and that is all they had of the artist. I did search other scan sites with no luck and did a google image search as well. I can only suggest doing a web research with google using that artist's name Kumiko. You can also click on that name on the page of that wall and it will give you Kumiko's gallery of other scans and wallpapers here that you might like and you can ask those artists about it. I hope that helps.
